Fruited Berliner Weisse |5.0%| Blender Festivus is a Berliner Weisse hopped with Mosaic and conditioned on massive amounts of cranberry, raspberry, cherry, and cinnamon.

Blender Black Razz is a Berliner Weisse hopped with Mosaic and conditioned on massive amounts of blackberries and raspberries. Big flavors of blackberry and raspberry jam, with fresh baked pie crust on the finish.

IPA | 5.5% | Little Cloud is brewed to be extremely crushable, while still retaining a fluffy mouthfeel and full flavor profile. We used large amounts of flaked wheat, flaked oats and pilsner malt in the mash. Balanced additions of our favorite American hop result in flavors of lemon meringue, white tea, and tangerine juice.

Dark Lager | 5.6% | Schwarzbier is a dark lager style originating in Germany. It’s brewed with a plethora of specialty dark malts, using a special brewing technique to avoid roasty bitterness while favoring smooth and subtle flavors. We cold conditioned (lagered) this one for 16 weeks. Crisp, clean, and crushable, but sturdy enough for winter. Notes of freshly baked gingerbread, chocolate covered almonds, dried figs, and gentle lager esters.

Barrel Aged Saison | 6.4% | Steppe is a mixed fermentation barrel-aged saison produced from blending barrels ranging from 1 to 2 years of age. These barrels held lightly hopped saisons brewed with flaked and malted wheat. Many months in barrels with wild yeast lends complexity and acidity. We get notes of juicy nectarine, white grape, jasmine flowers, rustic wheat, and grapefruit zest.

IPA | 6.5% | An IPA brewed with malted and flaked wheat, hopped with generous amounts of one of our favorite American varieties. Notes of grapefruit and melon with a fluffy wheat finish.

IPA | 7.0% | Fragment is an IPA brewed with large amounts of flaked and malted wheat. Heavily hopped with Mosaic and Citra. We get additional notes of spruce tips, tangerine juice, and papaya.

Dry Cider | 7.0% | We get notes of freshly baked apples, pie spice, toasted almond, floral honey, with a bright acidity and a long finish.

DIPA | 8.0% | A double IPA brewed with white wheat malt, flaked wheat, and flaked oats. Super saturated with one of our favorite American hop varieties. A fluffy citrus creamsicle.

DIPA | 8.0% | Headband is our Double IPA brewed with malted wheat and Munich malt. Hopped with three varieties of American and Australian hops. Big flavors of tangerine, papaya, and orange juice

Imperial Stout | 9.0% | This OG collaboration with our talented friends at @jrene has always marked a shift in the season, introducing flavors that are rich and roasty, with notes of strawberry jam, cocoa nibs, dried cherries and late night brownies.
The Nicaraguan beans went through an anaerobic fermentation process prior to being dried for roasting, developing a coffee with fuller body and complex fruit profiles.

Imperial Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout | 13.5% | We get notes of bourbon-soaked dark chocolate cake, dried dark fruits, and complex oak. We hope you share it with friends and family and enjoy the warmth it brings.
