Gose | 4.8% | Don Gato is a dry hopped Gose. We brewed this sour ale with a touch of French grey sea salt and hand crushed coriander seeds. Once fermentation was complete, we added a light dry hop of Citra and Motueka. Flavors of lime juice and fresh mango with a slightly salty finish.

Mexican Lager |4.8%| Gloria is a lager brewed with flaked maize, pilsner malt, and hallertau mittelfruh. Refreshing, light, and crushable with notes of clean crackery malt, lime zest, and corn flakes.

Fruited Berliner Weisse | 5.0% | Blender Brunch is a Berliner Weisse hopped with Mosaic and conditioned on massive amounts of tangerines and a touch of cranberries. Huge flavors of fresh squeezed tangerine juice, mimosas at brunch, and tart cranberry jam.

Dry Cider | 5.0% | Elmwood Cider: Semi-Dry
Our first cider available in cans. Semi-Dry has a touch of residual apple sugar compared to its older sister, Elmwood Dry. We fermented this new cider low and slow with our house yeast, leaving the perfect balance of body and sweetness and tons of fresh pressed apple flavor.

Red Ale | 6.3% | Garnet is our modern take on the classic Irish red ale. Brewed with a wonderful variety of toasted grains that lend notes of toffee, caramel, dried cherry, dates, leather, and toasty bread.

IPA | 6.5% | An IPA brewed with malted and flaked wheat, hopped with generous amounts of one of our favorite American varieties. Notes of grapefruit and melon with a fluffy wheat finish.

Oatmeal Stout | 6.5% | Oatmeal Stout | 6.5% | Carbon is our OG oatmeal stout from opening weekend! Brewed with heaps of roasted and caramel malts, huge amounts of flaked oats, and fermented cool with our house ale yeast. Flavors of dark chocolate ganache, oatmeal cookies, and dried cherries, with a touch of smoke on the finish.

DIPA | 8.0% | A double IPA brewed with white wheat malt, flaked wheat, and flaked oats. Super saturated with one of our favorite American hop varieties. A fluffy citrus creamsicle.

Cypress is our barrel aged barleywine. It was brewed with a huge double mash of Maris Otter malt and boiled for an extended period of time. It was then laid to rest in freshly dumped Willet bourbon barrels for over a year. This blend has some 2 and 3 year old barleywine added to the blend. Were very happy with the resulting notes of sticky toffee pudding, molasses cookies, toasted pecan, and complex barrel flavors from the extended time in toasted American oak.
