Dahlia
German Pilsner | 4.8% | This German-Style Pilsner is brewed with the best German Pilsner Malt, and a beautiful crop of Hallertau Mittelfruh. It was fermented cold, and conditioned for 8 weeks. Natural carbonation lends a thick and creamy lasting head to this very special, crispy beer. We get notes of jasmine flowers, white tea, lemon verbena, and a pleasing minerality on the snappy finish.

Elmwood Cider: Semi-Dry
Dry Cider | 5.0% | Elmwood Cider: Semi-Dry
Our first cider available in cans. Semi-Dry has a touch of residual apple sugar compared to its older sister, Elmwood Dry. We fermented this new cider low and slow with our house yeast, leaving the perfect balance of body and sweetness and tons of fresh pressed apple flavor.

Carbon
Oatmeal Stout | 6.5% | Oatmeal Stout | 6.5% | Carbon is our OG oatmeal stout from opening weekend! Brewed with heaps of roasted and caramel malts, huge amounts of flaked oats, and fermented cool with our house ale yeast. Flavors of dark chocolate ganache, oatmeal cookies, and dried cherries, with a touch of smoke on the finish.

DIPA | 8.0% | Double Fragment is a Double IPA brewed with large amounts of flaked and malted wheat. Intensely hopped with Mosaic and a touch of Citra for balance. This batch is tasting particularly wonderful with flavors of intense blueberry juice, lemon zest, mango nectar and dank herbs

Ferrous Vanilla
Imperial Stout | 9.0% | Ferrous Vanilla is our coffee imperial stout brewed with organic Madagascar and Mexican vanilla. We used Nicaragua Finca Mama Mina coffee by our favorite local artisanal roaster J.René Coffee Roasters in West Hartford, and then conditioned this batch on organic Madagascar and Mexican vanilla. We’re tasting refined notes of dried fruit, baked granola and oatmeal cookie with the dark chocolate brownie flavors of our stout and finally enhanced by sweet creamy vanilla bean.

Cypress
Barrel Aged Barley Wine | 13.5% | Cypress is our barrel aged barleywine. It was brewed with a huge double mash of Maris Otter malt and boiled for an extended period of time. It was then laid to rest in freshly dumped Willet bourbon barrels for over a year. This blend has some 2 and 3 year old barleywine added to the blend. Were very happy with the resulting notes of sticky toffee pudding, molasses cookies, toasted pecan, and complex barrel flavors from the extended time in toasted American oak.
