Fruited Berliner Weisse |5.0%| Blender Festivus is a Berliner Weisse hopped with Mosaic and conditioned on massive amounts of cranberry, raspberry, cherry, and cinnamon.

IPA | 5.5% | Little Cloud is brewed to be extremely crushable, while still retaining a fluffy mouthfeel and full flavor profile. We used large amounts of flaked wheat, flaked oats and pilsner malt in the mash. Balanced additions of our favorite American hop result in flavors of lemon meringue, white tea, and tangerine juice.

Brown Ale |6.2%| An American Brown Ale brewed with a variety of our favorite dark malts and fermented cold. Notes of graham cracker, maple syrup, toasty bread, and herbal bitterness.

Barrel Aged Saison | 6.4% | Steppe is a mixed fermentation barrel-aged saison produced from blending barrels ranging from 1 to 2 years of age. These barrels held lightly hopped saisons brewed with flaked and malted wheat. Many months in barrels with wild yeast lends complexity and acidity. We get notes of juicy nectarine, white grape, jasmine flowers, rustic wheat, and grapefruit zest.

IPA |6.5%| We started off with our favorite malt base and added lots of fluffy wheat and oats. Whirlpool and dry hop additions of Citra and fresh Riwaka from New Zealand. We get huge flavors of ruby red grapefruit juice, papaya, lychee, and sticky mango.

IPA | 6.5% | An IPA brewed with malted and flaked wheat, hopped with generous amounts of one of our favorite American varieties. Notes of grapefruit and melon with a fluffy wheat finish.

Dry Cider | 7.0% | We get notes of freshly baked apples, pie spice, toasted almond, floral honey, with a bright acidity and a long finish.

DIPA | 8.0% | A double IPA brewed with white wheat malt, flaked wheat, and flaked oats. Super saturated with one of our favorite American hop varieties. A fluffy citrus creamsicle.

DIPA | 8.0% | Headband is our Double IPA brewed with malted wheat and Munich malt. Hopped with three varieties of American and Australian hops. Big flavors of tangerine, papaya, and orange juice

DIPA | 8.0% | Double Fragment is a Double IPA brewed with large amounts of flaked and malted wheat. Intensely hopped with Mosaic and a touch of Citra for balance. This batch is tasting particularly wonderful with flavors of intense blueberry juice, lemon zest, mango nectar and dank herbs

Imperial Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout | 13.5% | We get notes of bourbon-soaked dark chocolate cake, dried dark fruits, and complex oak. We hope you share it with friends and family and enjoy the warmth it brings.
