Dry Cider | 5.0% | Elmwood Cider: Semi-Dry
Our first cider available in cans. Semi-Dry has a touch of residual apple sugar compared to its older sister, Elmwood Dry. We fermented this new cider low and slow with our house yeast, leaving the perfect balance of body and sweetness and tons of fresh pressed apple flavor.

Fruited Berliner Weisse |5.0%| Blender Rollup is a Berliner Weisse hopped with Mosaic and conditioned on massive amounts of blackberry, blueberry, and black currants. Big flavors of berry cobbler and tart yogurt-like with a wheat finish.

Czech Pilsner | 5.2.% | This & That Czech-Style Pilsner that’s cold fermented and lagered for many weeks. Hopped entirely with Czech Saaz. Notes of bready pilsner malt, fresh cut flowers, white tea leaves, and soft minerality.

IPA | 5.5% | Little Cloud is brewed to be extremely crushable, while still retaining a fluffy mouthfeel and full flavor profile. We used large amounts of flaked wheat, flaked oats and pilsner malt in the mash. Balanced additions of our favorite American hop result in flavors of lemon meringue, white tea, and tangerine juice.

Dark Lager | 6.0% | Schwarzbier is a dark lager style originating in Germany. It’s brewed with a plethora of specialty dark malts, using a special brewing technique to avoid roasty bitterness while favoring smooth and subtle flavors. We cold conditioned (lagered) this one for 16 weeks. Crisp, clean, and crushable, but sturdy enough for winter. Notes of freshly baked gingerbread, chocolate covered almonds, dried figs, and gentle lager esters.

IPA | 6.0% | New England style IPA brewed with heaps of flaked wheat adding to its haziness and fluffy wheat flavor. We then dry hopped itwith Nelson, Motueka, and Citra to produce a mouth watering flavor combination of gooseberries, white grape, mango, and tangerine.

Oatmeal Stout | 6.5% | Brewed with heaps of
roasted and caramel malts, huge amounts of flaked oats, and fermented cool with our house ale yeast. Flavors of dark chocolate ganache, oatmeal cookies, and dried cherries, with a touch of smoke on the finish.

IPA | 6.5% | An IPA brewed with malted and flaked wheat, hopped with generous amounts of one of our favorite American varieties. Notes of grapefruit and melon with a fluffy wheat finish.

Dry Cider | 7.0% | We get notes of freshly baked apples, pie spice, toasted almond, floral honey, with a bright acidity and a long finish.

DIPA | 8.0% | A double IPA brewed with white wheat malt, flaked wheat, and flaked oats. Super saturated with one of our favorite American hop varieties. A fluffy citrus creamsicle.

DIPA | 8.0% | Hopiary is our double IPA brewed with large amounts of oats, local wildflower honey, and it was then dry-hopped with three varieties of American hops. Expect notes of toasty oats, wildflowers, and honey-dipped melon.

Barley Wine | 13.5% | Cypress is our barrel aged barleywine. It was brewed with a huge double mash of Maris Otter malt and boiled for an extended period of time. It was then laid to rest in freshly dumped Willet bourbon barrels for over a year. This blend has some 2 and 3 year old barleywine added to the blend. Were very happy with the resulting notes of sticky toffee pudding, molasses cookies, toasted pecan, and complex barrel flavors from the extended time in toasted American oak.
