North County Band

The North County Band delivers a distinctive blend of New England Country and Americana, pairing thoughtful songwriting with seasoned musicianship. Formed by a Chicago-born songwriter and a Texas fiddle standout, the group brings together some of Connecticut’s most versatile players to create a sound rooted in storytelling, harmony, and high-energy live performance.

Following their breakout EP, the band launched a nine-state, 115-date tour and earned multiple nominations from the New England Music Awards, including “Country Act of the Year.”

Now touring New England in support of their sophomore release Lay It on the Line, North County Band continues to build momentum with sold-out shows and appearances at premier venues and festivals across the region, including Daryl’s House, The Press Room, The Levitt Pavilion, The Wolf Den, Edmond Town Hall, and Ocean Mist. Their sound captures the spirit of modern Americana while staying firmly rooted in New England.

For more than 100 years, Big Brothers Big Sisters has operated under the belief that every child has the ability to succeed, thrive and reach their fullest potential in life.  As Connecticut’s largest volunteer mentoring network, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Connecticut makes meaningful, professionally supported matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”), ages 6 through 18, in all of Connecticut’s 169 cities and towns. We develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting effect on the lives of young people in need.
