About the event
Featuring Nico Marini
Nico Marini is an aspiring pianist from Shelton, CT. His background in both classical and jazz piano has given him the ability to adapt to the music around him on any bandstand he plays on. This combined with his love for music would lead him to pursue a higher education in music at Western Connecticut State University where he would study under accomplished musicians such as Dr. Jimmy Greene, Carmen Staaf, and Dr. Russell Hirshfield. Outside of WCSU, Nico regularly performs in various settings and projects in the CT and New York area.
