(13.5%) Crane is our bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stout. This batch was double mashed and boiled overnight to create a devastatingly rich and complex beer. We then filled two ultra high-quality Willet bourbon barrels and let the beer rest for a year. Notes of bourbon-soaked dark chocolate cake, sticky praline, and boozy dark fruits.
