Expression 31 is an American Pale Ale brewed with huge amounts of flaked wheat on top of a base of pilsner malt. We used Citra in the whirlpool, and 100% Nectaron for the dry hop (our first time using this hop). Light and refreshing with flavors of cream of wheat followed by white peach, passionfruit, lychee, grapefruit, and ginger from the Nectaron. 5.2%
