Nectar

(5.5%) An American Pale Ale brewed with huge amounts of flaked wheat on top of a base of pilsner malt. We used Citra in the whirlpool and 100% Nectaron for the dry hop. Light and refreshing with flavors of cream of wheat, followed by white peach, passionfruit, lychee, grapefruit and lemon zest from the Nectaron. Artwork by Kim Zimmerman.
