Steppe is a mixed fermentation saison produced from blending barrels ranging from 1 to 2 years of age. These barrels held lightly hopped saisons brewed with flaked and malted wheat. Many months in barrels with wild yeast lends complexity and acidity. We get notes of juicy nectarine, white grape, jasmine flowers, rustic wheat, and grapefruit zest.
