(6.4%) Sometimes we crave a classic west coast IPA. We set out to brew a beer that showcases bold citrus and pine flavors with a blend of the finest hop varieties from yakima WA. Brewed with a touch of caramel malt and a classic west coast yeast strain, this beer appears only slightly hazy with a touch of malt color to balance the onslaught of grapefruit, pine, and resin from the hops.
