We've partnered with Chefs Sean Farrell and Power Minor to help and prepare you the highest quality food and menu possible.
Sean, originally from Bristol, is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. He spent the first half of his career in Michelin rated fine dining restaurants in New York and San Francisco, training under renowned chefs Alain Ducasse, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Laurant Manrique and Mark Franz. Sean returned to his home state of Connecticut to be the Executive Chef at Firebox Restaurant in Hartford. Under his leadership it became one of Connecticut’s premier farm-to-table restaurants.
Power, who grew up in Hartford, is a graduate of the esteemed French Culinary Institute in New York City. He has trained with several award winning chefs including including Rebecca Charles, Matthew Kenney and Alain Sailhaic. Since returning to Hartford Power has held leadership roles in many of the city’s best restaurants including Chef de Cuisine at Firebox, Sous Chef at Max Downtown, and Chef at the highly innovative ON20 Restaurant.
